Mental Health Awareness Week 2022

9-15 May

Mental Health Awareness Week is a national annual event that provides an opportunity for everyone to focus on achieving good mental health.

Hosted by the Mental Health Foundation this years theme is Loneliness.  Loneliness is affecting more and more of us and has had a huge impact on our physical and mental health during the pandemic. Our connection to other people and our community is fundamental to protecting our mental health and we invite everyone to join us in tackling this issue.

We will announce our activities to support Mental Health Awareness week shortly. Please visit our Facebook page to keep up to date on how we will raise awareness of the impact of loneliness on our mental wellbeing.
